Hara bara kabab recipe

Ingredients Required:
1.Blanched spinach leaves
2.Blanched fenugreek leaves
3.Mint leaves
4.Coriander leaves
5.Boiled peas
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Finely chopped capsicum
8.Boiled and mashed potatoes
9.Cornflour
10.Chat masala
11.Garam masala
12.Cashew(optional)
13.Bread crumbs

Preparation Method:

Grind Blanched spinach leaves,Blanched fenugreek leaves,Mint leaves,Coriander leaves and Boiled peas roughly
Heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan, add ginger garlic chili paste, finely chopped capsicum. Saute it till the capsicum is cooked, then add the roughly churned mixture. Cook this till the moisture is dried out and then let it cool
In a bowl add Boiled and mashed potatoes, Cornflour, Chat masala, Garam masala, bread crumbs,salt and then add the whole mixture and mix it well
Make flat round kabab and stick a cashew in the middle if required
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it.
Serve it with ketchup…
